Goals:
1. Try to work realistic hand ranges into opponents range by the turn to allow for the best decision based on that range
2. Fold hands that only beat bluffs when opponent hasn't shown bluff tendancies
3. Keep close eye on opponents to allow for best decision making
How do I feel?
A little short tempered, but OK now. A little tired/sick, keep it short, but have a go at NL50. Keep close eye on how I'm going on each table.
1. Ranging improving. I am definitely matching up boards to villains especially for cbets or double barrells. Like if I cbet a Qxx and the turn is a king or ace, I double barrell much more often than if it's a 7. If the flop is T97, I'm not cbetting with hardly any hand unless I have something I want to showdown.
2. This part of my game is getting much better. I feel like I am folding earlier and earlier on pots I don't want a part in. I still have to go one step further sometimes I think.
3. Felt good about this. Opponents are fucktastic spewtards. All of them!!!!
OK, so the last comment gave it away, I ran bad the last 2 sessions. I was busy writing them out here, got to about number 13, and I hadn't finished. I'm not kidding, the list was endless of people calling me down with air, or getting it in with the worst hand and sucking out constantly. I'm seriously looking through pokertracker with amazement at what people could call with on the flop or turn, and by the river suddenly have the best hand through either runner runner or some 2 or 4 outer hitting when they were behind all hand.
Even better I only lost a couple of BI's, because people were occasionally not sucking out on me. In all honesty I misplayed a few hands too, but the level of spew these players produced was exceptional. I just couldn't stop the turn and river from smacking me down.
I was happy enough with how I played, but there is certainly room for improvement in some hands.
